General Terms of Service

1. Identification and Purpose

1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of tourist entertainment services by VIRTUDANCORADA, UNIPESSOAL, LDA, NIF 518769933, with headquarters at AVENIDA ENGENHEIRO ADELINO AMARO DA COSTA 60 R/C, 3460-592 TONDELA, operating under the commercial brand “VINUM EXPERIENCES”, hereinafter referred to as the Agency.

1.2 VINUM EXPERIENCES is registered with Turismo de Portugal under RNAAT No. 715/2025.

2. Booking and Payment Process

2.1 Quote and travel plan: All conditions (itinerary, duration, dates, and prices) are presented beforehand through a personalized quote sent to the customer. Prices may be updated at the end of the year, in accordance with inflation and/or partner and supplier conditions. All price changes are communicated in writing with a minimum notice of 30 days prior to the start date.

2.2 Confirmation: The booking is confirmed upon acceptance of the proposal and the payment of a 30% deposit of the total value.

2.3 Personal Data: For security reasons and regulatory requirements, the client must provide the identification document details of all passengers whenever requested.

2.4 Refunds: Any refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

3. Special Needs and Limitations

3.1 Duty to Inform: The client must inform the Agency, at the time of the quote, about any reduced mobility needs, health limitations, allergies, or dietary restrictions.

3.2 Adaptation: The Agency will assess the feasibility of the service and may adjust the quote if specific resources are required. Failure to provide this information may result in the inability to perform activities, without any right to a refund.

4. Age Policy and Accompaniment of Minors

4.1 The minimum age for participation is 12 years.

4.2 Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians, who assume full responsibility for their supervision.

5. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Punctuality

5.1 Cancellation: Deposit refund only with a minimum of 30 days’ prior notice.

5.2 Rescheduling: Rescheduling of services may be requested up to 15 days before the start date. If the rescheduling is requested with less than 30 days’ notice relative to the original date, the deposit becomes strictly non-refundable.

5.3 Waiting Limit: Cumulative delays exceeding 30 minutes allow the Agency to alter the itinerary or cancel services to ensure the feasibility of the plan, without any right to a refund.

6. Conduct and Image

6.1 Images: Capturing photos/videos on partners' private properties (estates, wine cellars, museums, private houses, or gardens) may require prior authorization from the owner.

6.2 Conduct: The Agency reserves the right to terminate the service in the event of excessive intoxication or inappropriate behavior. Any damage caused to vehicles or facilities is the full civil and financial responsibility of the client.

7. Transport and Safety

7.1 Helicopter or boat services are subject to weather conditions. In the event of force majeure, alternative ground transportation will be provided, with the corresponding price adjustment.
